Web Standards
We take web standards seriously, it's possible to have a great looking site
that only 60% of your visitors can view properly. Using only standard ways
to present content allows us to effectively communicate your message to
the widest possible audience.
W3C Compliance
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)
provide guidelines for web developers and web technology developers that provide a means to ensure that compatibility
between hardware and software is maintained, allowing them to work together to provide web access for all.
By ensuring that we follow these guidelines where ever possible we are able to design and develop web based services
and products that are fast, accessible, multi-platform compatible, cross-browser compatible, and overall "compliant".
Cross-Browser Compatibility
Different web browsers read the source code for web pages in different ways. Some web browsers cannot read certain
types of source code at all, so it's vital to any web designer that the web sites that they develop can be read and
understood by at least the major players in the web browser product range, otherwise beautifully crafted web pages may
look fine when using one type of browser, but incomprehensible when viewed using another.
We strive to ensure that our products are compatible across all of the most commonly used web browsers, including
Microsoft Internet Explorer,
Mozilla Firefox, and
Opera.
